Mr. Shelly has served as Vice President, Corporate Strategy since August 2007. He served as Treasurer from 2002 to July 2007. He joined the Company in 2000 as Assistant Treasurer. Mr. Shelly holds undergraduate degrees in both Finance/Banking and Accounting as well as a Master of Business Administration. Mr. Shelly is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Treasury Professional.
