Mr. Mills has served as Vice President, Safety and General Counsel since 2006 and Secretary since 2005. He served as Corporate Counsel from 2004 to 2006. Prior to employment with us, Mr. Mills was a partner in a Fort Smith, Arkansas law firm where he had provided legal representation to us since 1990.
