Mr. Beckham has served as a director of the Company, President and Chief Executive Officer since August 2007. He served as Senior Vice President, Finance from 2003 to August 2007 and Chief Financial Officer from 2002 to August 2007. Mr. Beckham served as Secretary from 2001 to 2005, as Vice President, Finance from 2002 to 2003, as Treasurer from 2001 to 2002, as Controller from 1999 to 2001 and as Chief Accountant from 1996 to 1999. Mr. Beckham, a Certified Public Accountant (inactive), has worked for us since 1994.
