Chairman of the Board and Director
Mr. Powell has served as Chairman of the Board since 2000. He has served as director since 1986. He served as Chief Executive Officer from 1988 until January 2007 and President from 1988 to 2002. Prior to his employment by us, Mr. Powell was employed by ABF Freight System, Inc., a national trucking company and a subsidiary of Arkansas Best Corporation, for 28 years.
